We offer free returns/exchanges/defective product replacements for product bought from www.Smiths-Workwear.com within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. You can return your product for a refund minus the original shipping costs to the original payment method.

Please Note the Following Exceptions to Our Exchange/Return and Refund Policy:
  • Discounted item(s) are final and cannot be returned
  • Returned item(s) must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned item(s) must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Exchange item(s) can only be replaced with same product in different size or color if available.
Exchange/Return Policy If Product Was Bought Through an Authorized Retailer:
  • Product bought from authorized Smith’s Workwear retailer must be returned to same retailer following retailers return policy
  • Returned item(s) must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned item(s) must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Must be accompanied by its original receipt
Gift Returns Policy:
  • Discounted item(s) are final and cannot be returned
  • Gift returns only apply to item(s) bought from www.Smiths-Workwear.com
  • If unhappy with your gift because of size, fit, or another reason please contact us at customerservice@smiths-workwear.com and please provide us with the order number or receipt for proof of purchase
  • Once we receive your return item(s), we will contact you to process the exchange with an item of equal or lesser value.

To Initiate a Return/Exchange, Please Complete the Following Steps:
  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which product(s) you would like to return or exchange
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided
Additional Return Information:
  • We will process your refund/exchange in 1-2 Business Days but it may take up to 7 Business Days for the refund to be credited back to your account or exchange item(s) to be sent out.
